m6A RNA甲基化研究方法及研究思路总结

m6A RNA甲基化是真核生物RNA中丰富的修饰类型,其主要发生于腺嘌呤第6位氮原子上,因此称为“m6A”,属于表观遗传学范畴。近几年内m6A RNA甲基化一直是国自然和文章发表的热门研究方向,我们有多篇m6A RNA甲基化方向合作高分文章。其中,m6A RNA甲基化测序(MeRIP-seq)为发现潜在的m6A修饰靶点提供了重要实验和分析工具,是高分文章中不可或缺的环节。
